Challenge
As Imran IAC grew past 100 trucks, dispatch started breaking in the gaps — copied load details, scattered updates, slow follow-ups, and too many tools competing for attention around DAT. Manual broker outreach, record checks, and tool-flipping cost time in the first hour of the shift, exactly when the best freight is still available.
Solution
The team kept DAT as the starting point and added Numeo Spot for AI-assisted dispatching and negotiations — sending broker emails directly while browsing loads, running follow-ups in parallel, and doing broker/factoring checks inline.
