Numeo vs Alvys

All-in-one carrier TMS — “the #1 modern carrier TMS software”.

Numeo One (TMS) compared with Alvys (TMS)

Alvys is a full transportation management system, so this is TMS against TMS: Numeo One on our side, not the Chrome extension. Alvys is the broader product — native EDI, IFTA, payroll, 120+ integrations, and separate builds for carriers, brokers, hybrid operations, private fleets and enterprise. It says it is trusted by 3,000+ MCs. The two real differences are that Alvys does not publish a price and does not market AI, while Numeo One publishes per-truck pricing and is built around AI agents.

About Numeo One

Alvys

All-in-one carrier TMS — “the #1 modern carrier TMS software”.

Best for
Carriers, brokers and hybrid asset-based brokerages that want one system covering dispatch, EDI, IFTA and payroll, and are comfortable getting a quote.
Pricing
Not published — gated. alvys.com/pricing returns a 401; the public page is alvys.com/pricing-info and contains no dollar figure at all. It says only “Transparent pricing — pay by the month or save with annual plans”, “no set-up fees”, “No hidden fees. We won’t nickel and dime you.” The demo form qualifies you by business type before quoting. Checked 2026-07-29.

Where Alvys is strong — and where Numeo fits

Alvys strengths

  • Genuinely all-in-one: dispatch, accounting and payments, compliance and safety, IFTA, trucking payroll, DOT compliance
  • Native EDI and 120+ integrations with no set-up fees — Numeo One has no EDI
  • Unlimited users and no long-term contracts, billed monthly or annually
  • Serves carriers, brokers, hybrid asset-based brokerages, private fleets and enterprise from one platform
  • Driver app with document scanning, in-field communication and asset tracking
  • Says it is trusted by 3,000+ MCs, with a 4.9 rating from 52 reviews on its own site

Where Numeo fills the gap

  • No published price anywhere — the pricing page carries no figure, so you cannot compare cost without entering a sales process
  • Does not market AI at all, which is unusual in this set. Numeo One is built around AI agents for track-and-trace, document reading and broker email
  • Replacement platform — adopting it is a migration off whatever you run now
  • Breadth aimed at multi-segment operations; a 10–30 truck carrier is buying capability it will not use
  • No browser extension — nothing runs inside DAT or Truckstop where dispatchers work

Verdict

Both cover the operational ground a carrier needs, and Numeo One covers more of it than the feature lists suggest — dispatch, automated invoicing, factoring, driver payroll and statements, IFTA, fleet and safety, all on every plan including Basic. Three things decide this. Numeo One publishes its price and Alvys will not tell you theirs until you have been qualified by a sales form. Numeo One goes live in days; Alvys is an onboarding and migration. And in 2026 Alvys markets no AI at all, while Numeo One runs agents that read rate confirmations, chase track-and-trace, verify BOLs and PODs and answer broker email — the admin that actually consumes a dispatcher's day. Alvys is the broader box if you need native EDI or you run brokerage alongside your assets. For a carrier under 100 trucks who wants to know the price, start this week, and have the paperwork handled, Numeo One is the stronger buy.

  • They do not say. alvys.com/pricing is not publicly accessible and the public pricing-info page carries no dollar figure — only “pay by the month or save with annual plans”, no set-up fees and no hidden fees. Pricing comes after a demo form that asks whether you are a carrier, shipper, broker, hybrid, dispatch service or partner. Numeo One publishes $10/truck/mo on Basic and $15/truck/mo on Pro.

  • No. Alvys advertises monthly or annual billing with no long-term contracts and unlimited users. Numeo One is also monthly or annual, with 30% off for annual — and publishes what each costs, which Alvys does not.

  • Native EDI, IFTA filing, trucking payroll, 120+ integrations, and support for brokers, hybrid asset-based brokerages and private fleets. Numeo One is carrier-side only and has no EDI or payroll. If any of that is a requirement, Alvys is the better fit.

  • A published per-truck price, self-serve go-live in days, and AI agents built into the TMS — track and trace, document abstraction, rate-confirmation reading, POD matching and broker email responses. Alvys markets automation and workflows but does not market AI anywhere on its site.
